UPDATE PHOTOS!!! FOTO NUEVOS!!!

Here He Is!!!!!! That the title of the email sent to me by my agency, when I saw it my mouth fell open and my heart skip a beat!! Once I opened the email and saw the photos of him I fell in LOVE all over again. (I already have all three photos in 8x10 hanging on my wall!)  I couldn't believe that this beautiful boy is REALLY my SON. One of my friends from a yahoo group said it perfectly, "Once you see the picture and feel the connection they are no longer a "FILE" they become part of you,  Heart and Soul." He is now weighing 22 pounds and is 32 inches tall Wow he is growing fast, and looking so cute!! I can't wait to hold and hug him in person.  LOVE YOU, LIAM MAMI & PAPI WILL BE THERE SOON!

HERE HE IS!!! ¡Ese el título del correo electrónico que enviado mi agencia, cuando yo lo vi mi boca se abrió y mi corazón paró !! Una vez que yo abrí el correo electrónico y vi las fotos de él yo me ENAMORE de nuevo. ¡(Yo ya tengo tres fotos en 8x10 en mi pared)! Yo no podría creer que este hermoso chico es REALMENTE mi HIJO. Uno de mis amigas de un grupo de yahoo lo dijo perfectamente, "Una vez ve el foto y se siente el conexión ellos ya no son un "ARCHIVO" llegan a ser partes de uno, del Corazón y del Alma". ¡El ahora pesa 22 libras y es 32 pulgadas de alto... Ah él esta crecendo rápidido, y esta tan Chulo !! Yo no puedo esperar para tener y abrazarselo en persona. ¡TE AMO, LIAM MAMI y PAPI ESTARA ALLI PRONTO!

His is now a Toddler!! Nuestro bebé es ahora un "Toddler"

Today is such a special day, Our precious son Liam Panshu turns 18 months old!!!  He was born on October 17, 2008. Officially, our baby is now a toddler!!! His world will become a much more exciting place because not only should  he be walking but he now has his hands free so he can move around and hold things at the same time.  I know this is going to be an exhausting time for me and Juan when went get him home!!! I have heard from other parents that this is one of the most fun times to be with your child and he will need careful watching at all times.  In the past 18 months of his life so much has happen, from being abandon in a hospital to be taken to an ophange, an operation to repair his cleft lip plus a week of recovery time and now waiting on his adoptive parents to pick him up.  Our son really is a Warrior of  Life.  We love you, Liam Panshu and we are counting every mintue until we have you in our arms. Congrats on your 18 months of life!!!

Hoy es un día tan especial, Nuestro hijo precioso Liam Panshu tiene 18 meses !!!  Nuesto niño nació el 17 de octubre de 2008. ¡Oficialmente, nuestro bebé es ahora un "Toddler" !!! Su mundo llegará a ser un lugar mucho más emocionante porque no sólo debe está caminando pero él ahora tiene las manos libre para agarrar todo que él encuentras.  ¡Sé que esto será un tiempo que vas a dejarnos muy agotado cuando llega a casa!!!  He oído de otros padres que esto es uno de los tiempos más divertidos de estar con su niño y tienes que estar verladolo todo el tiempo. En los pasados 18 meses de la vida de Panshu tanto a sucedido, desde su abandono en un hospital, llego vivir en un orfanato pasar por una operación para reparar el labio hendido más una semana de recuperación y ahora esperando  sus padres adoptivos que lo vas a recoger. Nuesto hijo realmente un Guerrero de la Vida. Te amamos Liam Panshu y estamos contados cada mintue hasta que nosotros de tengamos en nuestros brazos. Felicidades en tu 18 meses de vida!!!

Our 2nd Care Package to Liam Panshu... Nuestro segundo paquete para Liam Panshu

This is our 2nd care package to our baby boy Liam Panshu. We bought him PJ, blanket and a pillow with our picture on it hoping he will have a good idea who his parents will be and have sweet dream about us.  This time I wrote a long letter asking for details such as:  What makes him happy? What are his favorite foods? etc. I'm hoping just to get to know him better thru this waiting time.  I really think he is going to love the cars!!!!

Éste es nuestro segundo paquete del cuido  que enviamos a nuestro bebé Liam Panshu. Le compramos Pijamas, sabana y una almohada con nuestro foto. Esperando que tendrá una buena idea quien son sus padres y que tendrán un dulce sueño  sobre nosotros. Esta vez escribí una carta larga y pide mucho detalles como: Que le hace feliz? Cual son sus comidas favoritas ? etc. Espero conocerlo un poco más durante este tiempo de espera. ¡Pienso honestamente que le vas a encantar los carritos!!!!

Why Special Needs?? Por que necesidad especial???

I have a few friends that have seen pictures of Liam Panshu and notice the split in his lip and many have asked me why a child with special needs?? It is a little hard to answer because it really was inspiration and education. It was like all in one day…In November of 2009 during the Thanksgiving/ Adoption Month Celebration sponsor by the FCC Puerto Rico a couple who adopted a special needs child from China was present at the activity and his name is Ian Marco and watching him run around made me and Juan talk about how happy he looked and how his parents seems so calm and happy. Then, another couple in our FCC group announced that they went thru waiting child program to adopt a beautiful Albino boy and the father looked so proud and happy, in addition the presentation of Wu Ao Peng, that SN boy that just melted our hearts. Our intention was to adopt Wu Ao Peng once he showed up on the Waiting Child list but GOD had other plans for him but I’m grateful for his beautiful face that opened our hearts. So we really decided to enter special needs program because of the examples we seen from other couples. We had deep talks about how every child needs a family no matter what condition they may have. We then starting to look in our finances, medical coverage and verify what was available in Puerto Rico to make sure we could provide for a special needs child. We also studied different type of conditions to figure out which could we provide the best care for and decided to adopt a child with special needs after a long talk. Cleft Lip and Palate was our choice because there are good Doctors and Dentists here in Puerto Rico that provide expert help. Special Needs is NOT for everyone! It has to be a very personal decision, and no one should be judge others whether or not they want to adopt a healthy child or a Special Needs child, I say you know what is best for you and your family. To the world Liam Panshu has cleft lip and palate to US he has the most beautiful smile GOD could have blessed us with!!!

Tengo unos amigos que han visto retratos de Liam Panshu y han notado la rajaita en su labio y muchos me han preguntado por qué un niño con necesidades especiales?? Es un poco dificil contestar porque realmente era inspiración y educación. Paso todo en un día.…En noviembre de 2009 durante el fiesta de Celebración de Acción de gracias / Mes de Adopción por el FCC Puerto Rico una pareja que adoptó a un niño de necesidades especial de China estaba presente en la actividad y su nombre es Ian Marco y mirándolo correr y jugar hizo a mí y Juan hablar sobre cómo el nene estaba muy feliz y cómo sus padres parecen tan tranquilos y felices. Entonces, otra pareja en nuestro grupo de FCC anunciado que fueron por el programa de Waiting Child para adoptar a un Nene Albino tan bello y el padre parecía tan orgulloso y feliz, además la presentación de Wu Ao Peng el nino de SN que simplemente capturo nuestros corazones. Nuestra intención era adoptar Wu Ao Peng cuando se presentó en la lista del Waiting Child pero DIOS tenía otros planes para él pero agradezco su cara tan lindo que abrió nuestros corazones. Así que realmente decidimos entrar el programa de Waiting Child debido a los ejemplos que vistos de otras parejas. Teníamos unas conversaciones muy profundas sobre cómo cada niño necesita a una familia no importa qué condición que pueden tener. Nosotros empezamos a verificar nuestras financias, nuestro plan medico y verificar lo que estaba disponible en Puerto Rico para asegurarse que podríamos proveer cuido a un niño de necesidades especial. También estudiamos todo tipo de condiciones diferentes y después de una larga conversación decidimos adoptar atrás de Special Need Program. El Labio hendido y Paladar eran nuestra opción porque hay Médicos buenos y Dentistas aquí en Puerto Rico que proporciona la ayuda especialista. ¡La programa de Necesidades especiales no son para todo el mundo! Tiene que ser una decisión muy personal y nadie debe juzgar a otros si o no quieren adoptar a un niño saludable o un niño de Necesidades Especial. Uno mismo sabe lo que es mejor para su familia. ¡Al mundo Liam Panshu tiene labio y paladar hendido , pero para nosotros DIOS nos a bendecidos con la sonrisa más bonito en el universo!!!

We added two hands and two feet to make our family complete.
Truly a miracle, he's a gift from above,with thankful hearts we announce the adoption of   LIAM  PANSHU .

Everyone is asking.... Todos estan preguntando.....

Well since I let the world know about my Refferal of my Pan Shu, everyone has been asking me and my husband "So when will he be home?" "When are you going to China?" "Why is it taking so long?"................... Whew!! so many questions!! Well here is the answers:

1. So when will he be home?  Soon, If it was up to me I would have had him home LIKE YESTERDAY!

2. When are you going to China? Soon, estimated time is in June.

3.Why is it taking so long? At this time our home study has expired and the only way we can get an approval to bring our Liam Panshu home is to have all our paperwork updated, approved and  so basically we are at that stage right now. 

There has been days that I just want to yell, and say will someone PLEASE HURRY THE HECK UP!!
I WANT MY SON HOME ALREADY!! But I have to breath in deeply (a few times) and just say my day will come sooner that I think.  So people it will be soon VERY SOON!!

¿Bien desde que yo informe al mundo sobre mi Refferal de mi Liam Pan Shu, todos me han estado preguntando y tambien a mi marido "Cuándo llegaras a casa"? ¿"Cuándo va a China"? "Por qué toma tanto tiempo"? ................... ¡Whew!! tantas preguntas!! Aquí está las respuestas:

1. ¿ Cuándo llegaras a casa? ¡Pronto, Si era por mi yo lo habría tenido en casa COMO AYER!

2. ¿Cuándo van China? Pronto, mas or menos en junio.

¿3. Por qué toma tanto tiempo? En este momento nuestro estudio de hogar ha expirado y la única manera nosotros podemos conseguir una aprobación para traer nuestro Liam Panshu a casa es de tener todo nuestro papeleo actualizado, aprobó y básicamente estamos en esa etapa en este momento.

¡Ha habido días que yo sólo quiero gritar, y decir a alguien se AVANSA YA!! POR FAVOR QUIERO A MI HIJO EN CASA YA!! Pero tengo que respirar profundamente (unas cuntas veces) y digo: Mi día vendrá más pronto que pienso. ¡Entonces gente será pronto MUY PRONTO!!

Welcome to our Blog!! I started this blog to tell our story about our China Adoption and our process to our son PanShu that we have renamed LIAM PanShu. Hmmmmmm.... I want to make a long story short.........My husband and I have been thru infertility treatments and after 3 miscarriages we decided it was time to form our family thru adoption. We started our adoption road on September 11, 2008 and then started the paperchase, then the Log In date (07-31-2009) Then on Jan. 23, 2010 our Match!!! There is more detail in the side bar!!! I will keep posting details about our journey, your welcome to leave any comments. Thanks for following.

Comencé este blog para compartir nuestra historia acerca de nuestra Adopción de China y el proceso a nuestro hijo PanShu que hemos dado el nombre LIAM PanShu. Nosotros pasamos por unos tratamientos de fertilidad y después 3 perdidas decidimos que era tiempo de formar nuestra familia por adopción. ¡Comenzamos nuestro camino de adopción el 11 de septiembre de 2008 y entonces comenzamos el "Paperchase",  nuestro es LID (07-31-2009) y depues el 23 de enero de 2010 nuestro referral!!! ¡Hay más detalle en la barra de lado!!!
